Approach & Strategy

- Develop a range of community development project using participatory planning techniques.
- Active involvement of women and local youths in development activities.
- Create opportunities for local youths and women to develop their confidence.
- Organize extra -curricular activities, both inside & outside district, to improve the youth’s mental & physical health.
- Launch programmes with other like-minded non-government and government bodies on a partnership basis towards a common goal.
- Work as a counterpart organization for other like minded organizations to help implementing their programmes.
- Development of strategies to enhance skill at local people and work towards self- sustains.
- Develop networking with likeminded government and non-government organizations.
- Provide support for government activities, which directly benefit people at grassroots- level.
- Work as an umbrella organization for the district level NGOs and maintain regular communication, share information, organize periodic workshops, training etc.
- Effectively mobilize the resources of Liaison Committee and use Competencies of the Members towards organizational development.
- Give specific responsibilities to members of the club to enhance their personal and professional growth.
- Develop an effective income-generating project by using local raw materials to enhance the organizational competencies in financial aspect as well as to create self-employment opportunities to members of organization and community people.
